The sluggish movement of the real estate market in Telangana over the past 2 years seem to be taking toll on the realtors of Hyderabad. It is said that to retain profits and at the same time keep the prices low, the realtors and builders are decreasing the quality of building materials for their ongoing constructions in the state.
This poor quality is affecting the sales further. Lack of availability of quality products in market, the buyers are not at interested in purchasing new constructions but are opting to Second-hand homes for their purchase. Real Estate experts say due to this there is a jump in the demand for second-hand home anywhere between 15% and 20% right now.
However they say this problem will be solved very soon as the northward movement in the real estate is expected and builders will be focusing on more quality products as they sense profits by market boom and not by compromising on the quality.
