“Mee Ayya Jaageera?”: Pawan Kalyan’s Ultimatum to Telangana Leaders!

Pawan Kalyan on Telangana elections

Janasena Party (JSP) chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has officially shattered the political status quo by dropping the ultimate bombshell: Janasena will formally contest the upcoming elections in Telangana.

Standing before an emergency evening press meet at his Jubilee Hills residence, he threw down the gauntlet and entered the electoral battlefield, completely shifting the state’s political dynamics.

His explosive announcement came after the Cyberabad Police denied permission for his scheduled meeting at the Sandhya Convention Centre in Gachibowli, prompting him to convert his home into a makeshift political command center to address the media.

During the blistering press meet, he directly confronted the regional bias and political resistance weaponized against him by local leaders.

He noted that it has been 12 years since the state bifurcation and fiercely questioned if Andhra people are still going to be the scapegoat for everything. He asked if an Andhra person is still blamed even when the youth here do not get jobs, demanding to know how long this regional hatred will be provoked.

Responding directly to local politicians who threatened that he wouldn’t be allowed to step foot into Hyderabad, Pawan Kalyan delivered a savage, viral retort, asking if Telangana is their ancestral property (“Mee Ayya Jaageera Telangana?”).

He openly dared his political rivals to try and stop him by force. He stated that if the only intention was to bow down and touch someone’s feet (“Baanchand Saar kaallu mokkudaam”), they wouldn’t have even launched a political party. He threw down an open challenge, telling his rivals that if they want to attack him, his Jubilee Hills residence is his exact address.

He reminded critics of his deep, documented commitment to the state, asking why he would facilitate ₹30 crores from TTD for the development of the historic Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple if he lacked dedication to the soil.

He further questioned why he would personally donate ₹1 crore to the Telangana government if he didn’t care about the state. He also added that he has never spoken a single negative word against former Chief Minister KCR, exposing the current backlash as pure, manufactured political panic.

By declaring his concrete plans to contest the next Telangana elections, Pawan Kalyan has completely disrupted traditional calculations, sending a fierce wave of panic through local political circles.
