The Rumours of Plastic Rice are being Spread intensely on Social Media and there is a sense of fear and doubt in everyone on every Rice item they eat. The doubt is particularly on the hotels and there are several instances and complaints about Plastic Rice being served in AP and Telangana.

But in all these cases, it is revealed there is no substantial evidence to prove those claims. Civil Supplies authorities in both the states have collected some samples and sent to Labs only to reveal that there is no truth in such cases until now.
Road Side Eateries and Hotels are however hampered very much due to this allegations and they claim their business is getting affected. There are instances the customers are getting into fights with the hoteliers if they doubt about Plastic Rice.
