Once TDP is back in power, Amaravati will regain lost glory and naturally, the real estate will boom again. In anticipation of this, realtors are said to be busily acquiring real estate in the capital region, according to reports.
Residential plot prices have increased by Rs 5000 per Gajam while commercial plots have hiked by nearly 10,000 per Gajam to reach Rs 35,000 – 40,000 in value.
There is an increased anticipation that TDP will regain power and that is said to be the reason behind Amaravati real estate picking up again.
