The division of assets of RTC is not going anywhere. Telangana government has made a proposal recently which shocked Andhra Pradesh government. Telangana Government says only Bus Bhavan in Hyderabad as the common asset which is to be shared.

Accordingly, Andhra Pradesh will get 8 Crore as its share. But the fact is that RTC has a total of 13 assets worth more than 2000 Crore and Andhra Pradesh is entitled to get 1100 Crore as its share while taken in Population ratio.
Even in the Bus Bhavan, Telangana Government has offered share to Andhra Pradesh going by the Book Value and refuses to consider the Market Value which will be several times more than the Book Values.
APSRTC has filed a complaint with Sheela Bide Committee about the same saying that the division is totally unfair. The corporation is planning to move to court in case the committee does not respond favorably to its complaint.
