Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao often claims about upright administration with Zero chance of graft but then, there are doubts over such claims with the government penalizing honest officials. Telangana ACB DG Charu Sinha is known to be honest and straight forward.

She reportedly started digging into some old cases and also trapped some corrupt officials. The cases are also progressing at a brisk pace. Recently she ensured three officials were arrested in Nalgonda and Nizamabad. She did not even budge to the pressures of some politicians.
She even dared to clear dust from the files of some ‘almost forgotten’ sensational cases and brought them up for investigation. Those politicians reportedly exerted pressure on the Chief Minister and ensured that she is transferred.The 1996 batch IPS officer is posted into an insignificant Police Training Wing as Inspector General of Police (IGP).
