Minister Nara Lokesh who is currently an MLC has confirmed that he will be contesting the next elections. He also added that he has no seat of preference and will be contesting wherever the party high command wants him to.

There are rumours that Chandrababu may field Lokesh from his Kuppam Seat while the Chief Minister himself will be in fray from any seat in Krishna or Guntur districts. If Naidu himself contests from Kuppam, Lokesh will take the field in Krishna or Guntur.
If Lokesh or Chandrababu will contest from Krishna or Guntur districts, the effect will be on both the districts to help the Cycle Party will majority seats there. Already TDP is strong in these two districts due to the Capital Announcement.
