In a recent viral video from Alia Bhatt’s blog channel, she talks about how controlling Ranbir can be at times. During a makeup session, she reveals that Ranbir Kapoor doesn’t like her using lipstick and always snaps at her by saying “wipe it off.” This behavior was the same even when they were dating.
Given that we’ve witnessed several instances of Ranbir’s misbehavior with his ex-girlfriends and co-actors, his interactions with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma have often turned awkward. This might lead us to believe that he is a toxic individual who restricts his partners from acting freely. The video has sparked widespread criticism against Ranbir, leading people to troll him as a controlling husband.
However, upon closer examination, it becomes evident that this isn’t the situation. In reality, Alia mentions in the video that Ranbir doesn’t prefer using lipstick because he appreciates the natural color of her lips. This is the reason he asks Alia to wipe it off.
Prominent Men’s Rights activist Deepika Bharadwaj also argues that having a preference for the natural lip color over using lipsticks shouldn’t be labeled as a toxic behavior. It’s simply how Ranbir expresses his liking for Alia. What are your thoughts on Ranbir’s attitude towards Alia?
