We have seen a lot of bikers posting their stunt videos on their social media. This may attract more views and followers but it also catches the eyes of traffic authorities who are quick to respond and punish such actions. This time a video of a Kashmiri girl riding her bike in Srinagar has been going viral. The girl was found to be violating several traffic rules and the traffic police took strict action against her by seizing her bike.
Going viral over the internet as Srinagar’s stunt girl, Nusrat Fatima, could be seen riding her bike without any helmet. During the course of the video she also took his hands off the bike handle to perform a few dance moves for the video. Her stunt might have received a lot of love from the netizens but it was surely a dangerous act.
Interestingly, Nusrat posted the video and wrote a message thanking the Government of India for making positive changes in Kashmir. She also said that it has been possible to do what she does only after the revocation of article 370 and 35A.
Even though the girl attracted strict police action, people seem to enjoy her expression of freedom. Some see this as a positive change in the valley for girls and thanked the government for it while others were only concerned about the girl’s safety.
