Emraan Hashmi is currently enjoying a successful phase in his acting career. Following the recent release of Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan, he is set to star in a new show titled “Showtime” on Disney+ Hotstar, presented by Karan Johar.
Directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar, the series features Emraan Hashmi, Mahima Makwana, and Mouni Roy in lead roles. The storyline revolves around a prominent film producer, portrayed by Hashmi, who seeks to address the issue of nepotism in the industry. Rajiv Khandelwal plays the character Arman Singh, a Bollywood star featured in a movie centered on the revolt of 1857. The supporting cast includes Naseeruddin Shah, Vijay Raj, and Shriya Sharan.
The trailer was released a week ago, and the series is scheduled for release on March 15, 2024. Given the talented cast and high production quality, expectations are high that the series will be unique and provide excellent entertainment.
