Viral Pizza Guy: SRK’s King Director Responds Strongly

Viral pizza delivery boy video controversy

A video of a pizza delivery boy has gone viral on social media after a former school friend filmed and mocked him for his profession. The clip triggered widespread anger online, with many users calling out the lack of empathy and basic respect shown in the video.

The video, shared widely on X formerly Twitter, captures an unexpected meeting between the delivery boy and his school-time female friend. She records him without consent and mocks him, claiming he once motivated classmates but is now delivering pizzas.

She further adds that she plans to send the video to their old school friends, turning the moment into public ridicule. This behaviour drew sharp criticism from users who questioned her intent and called the act insensitive and humiliating.

Many social media users pointed out that a person’s job never defines their worth. Several noted that the boy may have taken on responsibilities early in life or sacrificed personal dreams to support his family through honest work.

Users strongly defended the delivery boy, stressing that no job is small and dignity comes from effort, not status. The focus quickly shifted from mockery to appreciation for hard work and resilience.

Filmmaker Siddharth Anand also reacted to the video and shared a strong message in support of the boy. He called him a real hero for working honestly, earning independently, and not being a burden on anyone.

Anand’s response resonated widely, with many users echoing his words. Social media largely agreed that honest labour deserves respect and that mocking someone’s profession reflects more on the person filming than the person being filmed.
