After facing public backlash for repeatedly posting reels against Sita and Draupadi, Anvesh has been trying to calm Hindu sentiments by offering public apologies. He recently released a video on social media, expressing regret for his controversial remarks.
In a latest development, Anvesh claimed that Lord Hanuman and Lord Vishnu appeared in his dreams. He said the Gods advised him to take up women’s issues and stop using cuss words while addressing social matters.
Posting on social media, Anvesh stated that he was guided to fight social issues and support women’s causes. He also alleged that several people wearing orange robes are cheating the public in Telugu states in the name of religion.
He further wrote that he swore on Lord Vishnu and promised never to use abusive language again. However, instead of easing tensions, his statements triggered fresh outrage among sections of the public.
Many accused Anvesh of using the names of Gods for personal gain and publicity. Critics say he has once again created unnecessary drama, while police are reportedly in the process of issuing notices to him.
