Sunrisers Hyderabad have been the most exciting team of the ongoing season of IPL with the Hyderabadi side winning 6 of their last 10 games. Also, SRH is the only team with 3 scores of 250+ in this ongoing season.
After back-to-back losses to CSK and RCB, SRH came back to winning ways in the game against Rajasthan Royals. Now, the stage is set for SRH’s game against 5-time champions Mumbai Indians at the mighty Wankhede.
A win here will take SRH to third place on the table and it would pretty much seal the deal for the side in terms of playoffs race.
If SRH can move up to the third position and hold the ground for the next two games, a 3rd place finish or perhaps even a fourth-place finish is possible. If a second-place finish can be achieved, SRH can have two bites at the final spot with the Qualifier in the offing.
For that to happen, a win in tonight’s game against Mumbai Indians is of top priority and it has to be seen if the Hyderabadi side can tick this box.
The last time SRH faced Mumbai, the former scored a record 277 and defended the same. What is in store this time around?
