The lastest teaser shows Rohit interacting with the cameraman and crew, giving instructions and suggestions during the shoot.

It gives a glimpse of his personality away from cricket, but the makers are still keeping the main details of the show a secret.

The first promo, released in May, used Rohit’s famous “Garden mein ghoomne” the comment, which came during a Test match, later became a popular meme among cricket fans.

Gaurav Banerjee, CEO of Sony Pictures Networks India, has confirmed that Rohit will host the programme. Despite makers have not revealed the exact format of the programme yet.

Rohit retired from T20I cricket after India’s 2024 T20 World Cup triumph and announced his Test retirement in May 2025. He continues to play ODI cricket for India.

His latest ODI appearance against England at Lord’s produced a memorable 138, making him the first Indian batter to score an ODI century at the iconic venue.

Now comes the big question can Rohit’s relaxed personality and natural humour make ‘The Rohit Sharma Show’ hit?
