Team India’s talismanic player Virat Kohli is likely to miss the opening warm-up game against Bangladesh ahead of the much anticipated T20 World Cup and this has become a hot topic.
There are media reports that Kohli could be taking a mini break ahead of the tournament and as a result, miss the first warm-up game against Bangladesh.

While Kohli might have his reasons behind this, there is a parallel talk as well. A few fans are commenting that Kohli is careless about the national duties.
“Kohli missed the England series before the IPL for personal reasons. But he fully played the IPL for RCB with full passion through the course of the tournament. Again now that the IPL is done, he is taking another break before the World Cup. This is heights of selfishness.” an anguished fan commented.

But it must be noted that this anguish has no credence. For starters, there is no one more passionate about the Indian team than Kohli and the innings he played for the side are a testament to the same. Missing a warm-up game must not be too big of a deal if he comes up all guns blazing in the main tournament.
