Following this, social media users commented that the talk of Dhanush directing a movie starring Ajith Kumar is a baseless rumor and just a PR strategy to avoid trolling over Idly Kadai’s postponement, escaping a clash with Good Bad Ugly.
On the other hand, some trade experts predicted that there is a chance for a Dhanush and Ajith Kumar collaboration in the future, as there were earlier talks that Dhanush’s brother Selvaraghavan was supposed to direct a movie starring Ajith Kumar, Dhanush, and Bharath in the lead.
