Dhanush, who is one of the most popular actors in Kollywood, has gotten a red card from the producer council due to his dropped commitment to Sri Thenandal Films. Now, as per strong industry buzz, Dhanush is going to join hands with Sri Thenandal Films for a movie in return for their previous commitment.
A few years ago, after Power Paandi, which is Dhanush’s directorial debut, he committed to a movie as a director under Sri Thenandal Films. The shooting of this movie also happened with actors such as Aditi Rao Hydari and Srikanth. But later the movie was dropped due to certain reasons.
This has become a black mark for the actor, and a few weeks ago, the Producers Council gave a red card to actor Dhanush for this. Now, as per the strong buzz, Dhanush is going to direct a new movie under Sri Thenandal Films, which is not the previous dropped story but a new one, and the contract for this movie was also renewed. Currently, his directorial movie, which is Nilavuku Enmel Ennadi Kobam, is in the postproduction stage, and the movie is expected to be released either by the end of this year or earlier next year. After this, he is going to start his next movie as a director with Sri Thenandal Films.
As of now, only the project has been confirmed, and there aren’t any updates about the casting in this movie or whether he is going to act in the lead. Still, there isn’t any official update. Let’s wait for the official announcement from the team.
