On the BookMyShow ticketing platform, Tourist Family is currently trending, with 4,500 to 5,000 tickets being booked every hour since morning—on par with the booking pace for Retro.
It remains to be seen how Tourist Family will fare in the coming days at the box office and whether, despite its medium budget, it can surpass Retro in final collections within Tamil Nadu.
