Recently, Venkat Prabhu appeared at an award function where the anchor of the show asked him for an update on The GOAT’s sequel, GOAT vs. OG.
Venkat Prabhu replied, sarcastically that he will provide an update about the sequel for The GOAT after 2026.

This has become viral now, and netizens on social media commented that Venkat Prabhu’s comment means that Vijay will not succeed in the 2026 elections and will return to acting, so GOAT vs. OG will be started by 2026.
