Every Cell Phone Will Ring on Wednesday in U.S.

This Wednesday in the United States, there will be an emergency alert that will cause every single mobile phone in the country to ring.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced that a nationwide emergency alert will be sent to all U.S. cellphones.

FEMA’s headquarters are located in Washington, D.C.

The department clarified, ‘THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.’

The nationwide cell phone alert will occur exactly on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. ET.
