
It has been quite some time since the Jio Hotstar merger came into being. But seems like the platform is still struggling to make a good impression to users.
Recently there have been complaints from subscribers that the customer service of the platform is not good enough. They do not try to understand the problem fully and respond with generalised replies.

Here, a user says that the customer service does not try to understand the issue, and only “repeats information from help articles without acknowledging the problem”.

There is already a good deal of criticism of Jio Hotstar for its ads and other problems in sports streaming. The platform should at least try to improve the customer service a bit so that users do not feel that it is not taking care of them.
To make the users continue subscribing to the channel, there has to be a good customer service department that understands the problems the users are going through and make some amends to them. Otherwise Jio Hotstar will start losing it’s subscribers soon.
