Arjun Das in Netflix #Love

In this scenario, Netflix recently confirmed that its next Tamil original series, #Love starring Arjun Das and Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lead roles and directed by Balaji Mohan, will stream on the platform starting October 2nd.

Among the 7 original series and films, #Love is one of the most anticipated, as it features a stellar cast and its director Balaji Mohan has already delivered some solid quirky entertainers.

Meanwhile, all the previously released projects from this slate of Netflix originals ended up as failures and didn’t create the expected impact.

Consequently, the success of #Love is very crucial for the platform; if #Love also ends up as a failure, it will be a major drawback for Netflix.

However, some people feel that #Love has a huge chance to become a successful venture. They note that Arjun Das, known for his performance in Pawan Kalyan’s OG, is a solid performer who always chooses a unique script.

Hence, they believe that #Love might offer something fresh rather than being a mediocre romantic series, which is why Arjun Das chose to play the lead.

Ultimately, it remains to be seen whether #Love will satisfy the expectations of the audience and emerge as a successful venture, bringing Netflix some much-needed relief.
