Cinephiles still consider IMDB reports as a legit statement for valuable movies but, we can see a turn over in the recent IMDB most anticipated movie list. Kajol’s latest cinematic outing “Maa” has officially overtaken Aamir Khan’s “Sitaare Zameen Par” at the IMDB rating list.
Directed by Vishal Furia, starring Kajol, “Maa” is a mythological horror movie that will hit the big screens on June 27, 2025, on the other hand, Aamir Khan’s “Sitaare Zameen Par “ is getting theaters on June 20.
Both these movies have different tones but we can say that Kajol’s “Maa” caught the eyes of the audience, With 16.9% voting rate it outshined “Sitaare Zameen Par” which got 11.9% rate.
With that being said the overtaking of “Sitaare Zameen Par” is not just a numbers game, it’s a reflection of changing cinematic tastes, and Kajol has timed her return just right.
Now we have to wait and watch who wins the gambit.
