Dacoit starring Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur and Anurag Kashyap is billed to be a slick action thriller. The expectation is that Sesh, who has proved his mettle with quality edge-of-the-seat thrillers, is coming with another such film.
Makers have released a new glimpse to introduce the characters and conflict between them further. We see Adivi Sesh in a different avatar from and in a rural look he tried a different dialect.
This time around, Sesh is seen in more of a massy appearance and dialect. There’s a cuss dialogue and the mannerisms are also promising to be different. He appears to have consciously come out of the subtlety act this time.
The glimpse seems to set up a Man of God vs Man of Demon conflict in a love story.
Adivi Sesh for the first time is looking for a festival release and it is releasing for Christmas.
The BGM used is fitting and elevates the intensity of the proceedings.
Director Shaneil Deo’s vision is exhibited in the glimpse and the final Train shot leaves for wanting for more. Overall, the glimpse promises another big thriller from ever dependable Sesh.
