Only title: Clarification on using popular title!

RP Patnaik is coming up with a movie titled ‘Tulasidalam’. This title reminds the audiences of the popular novel of Yandamuri Veerendranath which was written 36 years ago. The novel became so popular that, people remember it even now.

But Yandamuri novel has no connection with the movie’s story and the makers had used only the popular title clarified RP Patnaik. RP asked the popular writer that he will be using his title for his movie as it is apt for his story.

Even Yandamuri has no qualms regarding using the title as he didn’t register the title in his name. But feeling the obligation to inform the writer, RP approached him before making the movie.
