Popular singer files case on husband for harassment

Popular playback singer Kousalya filed a case on her husband for harassing her physically and mentally. She filed a complaint at SanjeevaReddy Nagar police station on Balakrishna. This isn’t the first time the singer filed a complaint on husband. Earlier, a complaint was filed on her husband under section 498 for harassment.

After receiving the complaint previously, police counselled the two parties. However Balakrishna didn’t change and continued harassing her. The reasons for harassment are unknown as of now. This is a big example how even celebs aren’t an exception for domestic violence. Despite her popularity, Kausalya is a victim of domestic violence.
