In a classic case of suspense, there is a mid-night hearing going on with a three-judge bench in the Supreme Court. The petition has been filed by the Congress and the JD(S) questioning the Karnataka Governor’s decision to invite the BJP to form the government. This is the second time in the recent past Supreme court called for a midnight hearing, Last time SC heard in the night, the case related to the hanging of Yakub Memon.
