Mithun Reddy

Rajampet MP Mithun Reddy got a shocker. His petition in Supreme Court seeking anticipatory bail has been struck down. It directed him to approach AP High Court for bail.

In the past, Supreme Court set aside the decision to deny anticipatory bail by the AP High Court. After AP government assured that Mithun Reddy wouldn’t be arrested and did not include his name in the accused list, the AP High Court struck down the anticipatory bail petition.
