AP IT Minister Nara Lokesh is in Dallas, US for a four-day visit from December 6 to 9. His first stop was Dallas, which has a large Telugu community. He attended a programme called Telugu Community With Lokesh, held as a meet and greet at Curtis Cullwell Center in Garland, Texas.
During the event, Lokesh said calling it a grand reception felt too small a description. He spoke about the energy and enthusiasm he saw in Telugu people who wanted to meet him, talk to him, and take pictures with him. He told them he stood with the Telugu community abroad.
Lokesh said highs feel like real highs, and lows turn into tough lows, so people must understand both with maturity. He added that Andhra Pradesh must work to become the No 1 state and that this should be everyone’s goal.
Later, someone asked him about Kodali Nani. Lokesh responded casually and brushed it aside, saying intaduramochi aa sannasi gurinchi enduku (why talk about that loser after coming this far).
