Andhra Pradesh has found a robust and innovative IT minister in the form of Nara Lokesh, who happened to be on a visit to South Korea last week. In just a few days, he has managed to create an impression with this South Korean delegation and he’s now returning with a new nickname.
After having completed this highly successful Korean trip, where Lokesh interacted with multiple business heads and secured principal understandings with private companies for investments in AP, the IT minister is back on his way.
Interestingly, Lokesh revealed that he has gotten a new nickname from the Korean friends as they termed him “Palli Palli” which converts to “quickly quickly”. Apparently, this is the name they gave him after watching his quick operations and swift working style.
And that’s a wrap! A week in Seoul filled with conversations, partnerships and a shared vision for the future. True to the Korean spirit, we kept everything ‘Palli Palli’ – moving fast with speed and purpose.
My sincere thanks to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, the Embassy of India in Seoul, and our incredible team for making every meeting count, Nara Lokesh posted a short while back.
He even attached the picture of himself on the flight back to India, as he has a bright smile on his face, despite the physically exhausting trip that lasted nearly a week.
