Peddireddy Upset With Jagan

Nara Lokesh is being inexcusable in dealing with baseless allegations. We already know how the young leader moved a series of defamation cases on Sakshi and YSR Congress leaders. And now, he moved another on Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy.

AP Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy countered the TDP’s criticism of sand irregularities in the YCP government by making allegations on Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh. These were published in Sakshi Newspaper on September 1st under the title ‘నారాసురుడే ఇసుకాసురుడు’.

Responding to this, Nara Lokesh has sent defamation notices saying that his reputation has been damaged due to the baseless allegations leveled by Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy. In the notices, he mentioned that he is offended by the baseless allegations made by Minister Peddireddy with the malicious intention of tarnishing his reputation in public.

For these baseless accusations, Rs.50 crores should be paid as damages and an unconditional apology should be given in the same place in the same Sakshi Newspaper with the same importance.

Legal notices were sent by senior advocate Doddala Koteswara Rao on behalf of Nara Lokesh that civil and criminal action will be taken if they do not do so. They were sent to Minister Peddireddy’s house in Sadum Mandal, Yerrativari Palle village of Chittoor District and to his chamber in the Secretariat.

However, the Minister who received the notices, did not respond to them or apologize.

Subsequently, Nara Lokesh filed a criminal case in the Guntur Magistrate Court on December 15th.
