Kanna Lakshminarayana is now officially the new President of Andhra Pradesh BJP. The Six Time MLA and Minister for Fourteen years is carrying the hopes of the Saffron Party in Andhra Pradesh to make some sort of mark in 2019 elections.

BJP High Command felt that Kanna who is an experienced hand in electioneering will be able to take tough decisions to bring some sort of glory to the Andhra Pradesh Unit. In the process have set aside the leaders who are with the party in thick and thin.
But this may boomerang on BJP since all the party leaders and cadre look Kanna as an Outsider and may not co-operate with him. Moreover, Kanna just has one year time to make an effect on the party which is being portrayed as an offender equal to Congress.
