Shock To Jagan: Nellore Bigwig Quits

Vemireddy-Prabhakar-Reddy

YSRCP has been losing MLAs and MPs left right center in the recent past and the outgoing trend is not subsiding anytime soon. The stage is set for the exit of another YCP veteran.

YCP Nellore senior leader Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy has submitted his resignation to the party and also Rajya Sabha membership today.

Incidentally, Vemireddy was operating as the Nellore district YCP in-charge and he is a veteran for the party who was with Jagan for a decade now. The exit of the financially sound leader comes as a shocker to YCP.

Jagan himself, along with other YCP leaders tried to pacify the situation by getting in touch with Vemireddy but he hadn’t bowed to these efforts and has decided to quit the party.

Vemireddy, despite being the Nellore in-charge felt bad with not being invited in the party activities. He reportedly asked for a few MLA tickets to give to his nearby men but that wasn’t approved by the YCP high command, which deeply hurt him.

There is a talk that Vemireddy is interested in joining TDP soon and he might even be the party candidate from Nellore MP segment. More clarity will emerge soon.
