Lokesh did not flee the constituency after the defeat and worked hard to win the confidence of the electorate there.

Today, all surveys project a very comfortable victory for Lokesh in the coming elections.

Jagan changed four incharges in Mangalagiri as he struggled to find a candidate to defeat the Nara Scion.

Finally, he zeroed in on a girl named Lavanya hoping that BC and Woman card would work.

Nara Lokesh gave a short interview to India Today about the campaign and made interesting comments on his opponent in Mangalagiri.

The Journalist asked Lokesh if the first-timer Lavanya would be able to take on him.

“It is very unfair for me to pass judgments. She also comes from a political legacy. Her father-in-law was an Ex-Minister and an MLA for two terms. Her mother-in-law was an MLA for one term. The competition is good. I believe women have an equal right to fight. It will be a fair fight and let people do whom they want,” Lokesh said.

Even in his campaign on the ground, Lokesh is not targeting Lavanya. He is only speaking about the Government failures and the failures of the current MLA, Alla Rama Krishna Reddy.

People on social media are appreciating Nara Lokesh’s Samskaram for not targeting a woman and making nasty political comments like all other politicians.
