TDP national general secretary and HR & IT Minister shared some interesting views about the party during his “coffee kaburlu” with TDP members. For starters, the young leader said what is running now is TDP 3.0.
In Nara Lokesh‘s words, TDP was not just a party, but a factory that churned out future leaders. He said it was a university for aspiring politicians. The Minister took the opportunity to point out that both the first and second CMs of Telangana are from the same university. Lokesh expressed his views during a meet-up with cluster in-charges of the party in Mangalagiri TDP headquarters.
Lokesh taking a dig at Jagan said that there was no coterie around Chandrababu and added that the CM looks into all matters in person without the need for any mediators. Lokesh made another statement to infuse new energy into party cadre. He announced that on the TDP formation day celebrations on March 29, national president, 19 top karyakartas will be given a chance to sit on the dias. My TDP app will also be released on the same day.
Lokesh said those at the panchayat level and cluster level must rise to sit in the TDP politburo.
The coffee talk of Lokesh has surely built confidence and aspiration among the cadre. TDP functions in disciplined, corporate style where the members rise step by step based on their commitment to the party and people. The party makes a note of top performers by giving them eligible posts. Reviews are done from time to time and feedback is given without mincing words.
Little wonder that TDP chief and AP CM Chandrababu is called the ‘CEO CM’.
