Nara Lokesh spoke about the fear the ‘Red Book’ has instilled in the opposition party. He wondered why the opposition was crying about the Red Book.
I said I will take action against those who disregarded law and harassed our cadre. I was clear that action will be taken through law, said Lokesh.
Further, Lokesh said hearing the word Red Book, one man got heart attack. Another one slipped in the bathroom and broke his hand. I don’t know what happened to the other. He shouted loudly ‘ardhamayyinda raja’.
The cadre that is clued in to all developments in the party, shouted back – ardhamayyindi – with huge smiling faces, as the cameras panned on to the audience.
Lokesh said it was not just Red Book, even the colour red was sending shivers down opposition leaders.
And why not? After harassing the TDP leaders and cadre for five years, it is time to give it back to the leaders and cadre of opposition who indulged in unlawful acts defying political etiquette.
