YSRCP Nervous About People Seeing & Hearing CBN

Chandrababu-Naidu-ACB-Court

The other day, the Telugu Desam Party released a letter that claims to be written by Chandrababu Naidu to the people of Andhra Pradesh.

“I am not in jail, I am in your hearts. Sometimes, Justice may be delayed but in the end, Justice will only win,” Naidu said in the letter.

The letter is usual political discourse and does not have anything new but the letter has kicked off an unexpected row in Andhra Pradesh.

Jail authorities released a Press release saying that the letter was fake. “As per the prison rules if a prisoner wanted to send a signed letter outside the jail, jail authorities go through it, and only with the jailer’s verification, signature, and jail’s stamp, it is sent to the concerned court or any government office or family members,” he said.

YSR Congress’s machinery started firing salvos saying the letter was fake and TDP was trying to mislead the people. They even say Naidu’s signature is also fake.

The ruckus around the letter is something very surprising. One can not understand why the jail authorities are so anxious to clarify or why YSR Congress leaders are so worried.

In politics, these letters are quite common. The party or Government will have teams to prepare such letters and publish them with the digital signatures of the heads. It is not always they write and sign them.

In this case, Chandrababu is meeting family members and party leaders twice every week. Lokesh already said Chandrababu told them what should be in the letter.

In case there is something radical in the letter, the Government can push the jail authorities to clarify or YSR Congress leaders can condemn or criticize.

But it is a simple letter with routine political discourse, why so much ruckus on it?

This only establishes the fact that the YSR Congress is worried about the sympathy factor that may come toward Chandrababu Naidu. YSRCP is nervous about people seeing or hearing Chandrababu. They fear even this simple letter will influence people.
