A woman popularly referred to as “Bikaner ki Sherni,” whose real name is Monica, is reportedly creating fear among residents in her locality. Locals claim her behaviour has become a serious concern for public safety.
According to neighbours, she keeps four or five dogs at her home. On multiple occasions, these dogs are allegedly left unattended and roaming freely in the area.
Residents claim that the dogs have bitten both children and adults several times. Despite repeated complaints, locals say there has been no change in her behaviour.
When confronted, she allegedly tells neighbours to leave the area if they have a problem. Some residents also claim that she deliberately provokes fights and calls people to intimidate them.
The issue has escalated further due to alleged threats. Locals claim she warns people to stay silent and threatens to file false rape cases against anyone who speaks out.
Because of these threats, many residents are afraid to approach authorities. Men in particular say they fear legal consequences even when they have done nothing wrong.
Residents believe such threats are dangerous and misuse the law. They stress that legal protections should support genuine victims, not be used as tools for intimidation.
People in the area are now demanding strict action. They want a safe environment where everyone can live without fear or harassment.
