A strange incident unfolded during a drunk and drive check in Hyderabad. The incident occurred at Chandrayangutta in the Old City area, where traffic police were conducting night checks to curb drunk driving and ensure road safety.
During the routine inspection, police stopped an auto driver for testing. The results confirmed that he had consumed alcohol. Officers began questioning him and prepared to take action as per procedure.
The situation suddenly escalated when the auto driver lost his temper. In an attempt to intimidate the police, he pulled out a snake from inside his auto. The sight left officers shocked and caused bystanders to step back in fear.
The driver allegedly used the snake to threaten the police and demanded the release of his auto. This created brief chaos at the checkpoint, leading to temporary disruption of traffic in the area.
Despite the tension, the police remained calm and avoided any aggressive response. The driver later managed to flee from the spot, and efforts are currently underway to trace him and take appropriate action.
