The coming season of the IPL is going to be a mighty interesting one as there are several special twists and turns associated with the same. The most prominent one is the imminent departure of Rohit Sharma from Mumbai Indians which looks like a done deal. Here is a look at four such shocking transfers that could be done soon.
1 – Rohit

Rohit could be leaving Mumbai Indians and his possible destinations include Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders. He is in talks with both the teams and could be joining one of them, say reports.
2 – KL Rahul

Another big money player on the list is KL Rahul who is likely to be released by Lucknow this year. Apparently, there are complaints internally about Rahul’s slow style of play which could lead to his departure. There is no update on which team he could be joining though.

This RCB captain also might be axed out this year as RCB is said to be planning to have a new captain of the side after multiple unsuccessful years under Faf. A new captain is likely to emerge for the team soon.

Another possible axing from RCB could be on Glenn Maxwell who was a big buy with over Rs 14 crore spent on him. He too is in a position where he is having to look for a new side, which is mainly due to his heavy underperformance.
