It is an undeniable fact that Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad got the worst possible start to their tournament this year. These two teams have won just two out of the six games that they have played till now.
However, the positive thing here is that both Hyderabad and Mumbai had won their immediate previous games respectively.
What this essentially means is that both Mumbai and Hyderabad will be going with adequate confidence into their upcoming clash. This highly crucial game is going to be played at the Wankhede Stadium on April 17.
The most important thing about this match is that the winner of this game will go further higher up in the points table. This will ultimately boost the chances of qualification as well.
Another interesting point that must be noted here is that Hyderabad and Mumbai will be coming together for another game again after the one that is scheduled tomorrow. They will be facing each other again on April 23, which is just a week from now
If either of the teams can win these two games, then they will get into a much better position. But if they end up winging one game each, then again things could get tricky.
Considering the current positioning in the points table, we can expect one of Hyderabad and Mumbai to make it to the upper half of the table. Which team will have this luxury? We will know the answer in the high intensity game tomorrow.
