These grants will be specifically targeting projects that bear the potential of enhancing the international collaboration between the United Kingdom and partner countries. This will require the involvement of at least one UK-based and one India-based organization in each project.

As per the regarding of the official release, the said projects are given the liberty to address any theme they like. It further encouraged the applicants to articulate their commitment towards the key aspects of diversity, inclusion, and environmental sustainability in project delivery.

These sessions will be open to candidates from 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm with the registration deadline for these sessions being February 12.

Despite all the positivity surrounding the event there is one visible issue being that the £1 million funding may fall short in achieving substantial impact. With grants ranging from £25,000 to £75,000, critics have raised concerns have about the adequacy of the capital provided, further suggesting that the funding might be perceived as a symbolic gesture rather than a significant investment in cultural projects, potentially limiting the scope and scale of the collaborations.
