Indian Origin President Candidate Vows To Fire Entire Workforce

Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has unveiled a sweeping vision for reshaping the federal government.

At the heart of his plan is the audacious proposal to shutter the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and dramatically reduce the federal workforce.

While this may seem radical, it’s part of a larger trend among conservative candidates who are responding to growing dissatisfaction among GOP voters.

Ramaswamy’s plan, outlined during a speech at the America First Policy Institute, calls for cutting the federal employee headcount by 75% during his first term if he wins the presidency.

He intends to eliminate not just the FBI but also several other agencies, including the Department of Education and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Under his proposal, 75% of federal employees would be let go, while the remaining 25% would naturally retire.

The entrepreneur turned politician argues that elected officials should be the ones truly in control of the government, aiming to roll back what he perceives as an overreaching bureaucracy.

This plan, however, would face considerable resistance from federal employees, interest groups, and lawmakers.

While Ramaswamy has drawn attention for his audacity and unconventional ideas, he also faces competition from other Republican candidates with similar goals, such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Moreover, there’s a broader movement within conservative circles to reduce the size and influence of the federal government.

Ramaswamy’s vision, while provocative, underscores the ongoing debate about the role and scope of government in the United States, making him a candidate to watch as the presidential race unfolds.
