Despite Junaid and Khushi facing criticism for their previous performances, the trailer has sparked some optimism among fans.
The trailer follows the story of a young couple whose lives are exposed to each other when their phones are swapped. As they plan to marry, Khushi Kapoor’s character’s father proposes a unique test: the couple must exchange phones for a day before making their final decision.

The movie explores modern relationships and seems to take a fresh outlook on them.
However not many were impressed by the trailer. One user on social media wrote, “This is what a bad trainwreck looks like. Junaid makes Khushi feel like Meryl Streep, while Advait Chandan seems to have vowed to bury his career after Laal Singh Chaddha, because everything here looks unbelievably tacky and clumsy!”
Son of actor Aamir Khan, Junaid had made his Bollywood debut in the film Maharaj on Netflix. His performance was disliked very much by the fans.
Sridevi’s daughter, Khushi Kapoor made her debut in Zoya Akhtar’s 2023 Netflix film The Archies. Her performance was also not very much appreciated.
Set to release on February 7, the whacky rom com is ready to leverage Valentine’s Day to create more buzz.
The love story is a remake of the 2022 Tamil movie Love Today. Bollywood hasn’t found any success with remaking South films. Baby John is an example of it.
Will this film end the curse of remake films, or will it follow the path of Baby John and turn into another failed project for Junaid and Khushi?
