As Salman Khan prepares for his Eid release with Sikandar, many fans have been disappointed with the promos and teasers for the film and are expecting it to be another disaster for Salman just like his recent filmography has been.
The director and screenplay for the film is done by AR Murugadoss who is another veteran filmmaker but has been out of form and touch recently.

As fans continue to doubt Salman’s choice of scripts and recent films, AR Murugadoss recently revealed the incident that led to Salman signing for Sikandar.
He stated that after months of scripting and development, he had a meeting with Salman Khan for the narration of the film. What followed might be a bit shocking to digest and give an answer to Salman’s recent underwhelming box office performances.

AR Murugadoss narrated the script and within 30 minutes of the narration, Salman enquired about his working schedule meaning he liked the script and wanted to be a part of the film.
This might have two possible outcomes with each being equally shocking for Salman Khan fans. It might have happened that the script was so good that Salman instantly liked it and agreed to do it.

The other way around, it shows how casually Salman is picking up his future projects. Whether it was Radhe, Race 3 or Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, the scripts and overall plots of the film have been disastrous.
Whether it is casual or something extraordinary, Sikandar looks to be a decider for Salman Khan and it would be interesting to see if the film turns out to be a box-office monster this Eid.
