On the contrary, South directors like S. S. Rajamouli, Atlee, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga have given a new face to action in cinema. One that is unmatched by Bollywood. These directors and their stories have won the hearts of the Bollywood audience.

If we look closely enough, we see that Sidharth Anand might just be the only director who is trying to atleast compete with these Southern Hits.

His films like War and Pathaan were a hit among the audience. While his latest release, Fighter, didn’t garner much attention, there was still an attempt to create something larger and bigger.

This only makes us think about the future of Bollywood. Can they be able to compete with the grandeur of the repeated hit films delivered by South Industries?
