
Ajay Devgn is set to return as Jassi in Son of Sardaar 2, officially titled The Return of the Sardaar, which releases on July 25, 2025.
The sequel brings back the mix of action, comedy, and Punjabi flavour that made the original film a hit.

The first-look poster, now doing the rounds online, features Devgn in a new, assertive avatar standing atop two military tanks, wearing a yellow turban and leather jacket, complete with his trademark sardaar moustache.
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the film takes Jassi into a new series of family disputes and comic misadventures, layered with familiar themes and high-energy sequences.

Mrunal Thakur joins the cast as the female lead, while Sanjay Dutt and Vindu Dara Singh reprise their earlier roles, reinforcing the film’s continuity and appeal for fans of the first instalment.
