
Kartik Aaryan, a household name now thanks to a spate of blockbusters, has not ceased talking about the insider v/s outsider argument. And after hits like “Sonu ke Titu ki Sweety,” “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3,” “Satyaprem Ki Katha,” and many, many more under his belt, Aaryan’s success speaks volumes about his talent and hard work.
However, his latest statements about the loss of opportunities to industry people are more like a broken record, especially since he has made it big and established himself as a bankable star in Bollywood.

It is time Aaryan gets past this narrative. His constant victories prove that being an outsider hasn’t been an inhibiting factor against his professional ascent. The tenacity to hold to this argument shrouds everything he has been able to attain.
Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan–icons in Bollywood–have seen some of their lives’ toughest periods, but some-how they overcame them and each failure transformed and moulded them.

It might be time for Aaryan to do some self-reflection. Instead of making industry dynamics an excuse, it might be something where his last few performances simply haven’t connected enough with the audiences.
More dialogue with directors and writers might improve his craft as well as allow him to offer something new on screen.

Aaryan has done an incredible job of moving from being an outsider to a name that stands out in Bollywood. He needs to put the insider-outsider card behind him and continue working on his craft to move ahead in the industry.
