
The Telangana CM is known for making straight-forward comments devoid of any tact. One such comment was once again made by him.
After the special Assembly session, he was walking to his chamber when the media posed questions to him.

One major question was about by-elections to the state. It is known that KCR recently spoke of by-elections and KTR followed it by asking his ‘soldiers’ to be prepared.
To this, Revanth Reddy answered in his quintessential style. He asked why will there be by-elections? “Will KTR commit suicide for Sircilla to have by-elections?, he retorted in his characteristic style.

After such a direct comment, one is left wondering when the politicians would stop using death comments.
Moving on, when asked about some members being given notices by the Speaker, the CM simply said it was all part of the procedure.

He said caste census and SC categorisation were Telangana’s road map for the country. This will put pressure on the Center to take up similar survey, the CM said.
He expressed confidence that the census survey document will act as a reference in future. As for SC categorisation, the CM said they will go by guidelines of the Supreme Court, cabinet sub-committee and one-person commission.
He then fired the opposition party saying that the opposition leader must attend Assembly when such a key issue was being discussed.
Revanth Reddy said they gave 30 seats to BCs from 88 general seats. He said his government rejected the creamy layer suggested by the court.
Reddy further said they appointed a commission as per court orders and the commission will take a decision on BC reservation as per court’s guidelines.
