Baaghi 4 is set to release on September 5, 2025, but the film has failed to create excitement. With only days left, the makers have not even released the main trailer, while the teaser and songs have already left fans disappointed.
On social media, many users are claiming that the chances of Baaghi 4 opening big at the box office are slim. Tiger Shroff, once known for pulling huge crowds, is now struggling to bring audiences to theatres.
The franchise started strong in 2016, with the first Baaghi opening at Rs. 11.94 crores. Baaghi 2 had a massive Rs. 25 crores opening, while Baaghi 3, though lower, still managed Rs. 17.34 crores on its first day.
Given that Baaghi is considered a moderately successful franchise, Baaghi 4 was expected to perform even better. However, early response suggests the film may struggle to cross even Rs. 5-7 crores on opening day, a shocking decline.
Negativity has surrounded Baaghi 4 from the teaser launch. The makers seemed to rely on brutal action to attract viewers, but audiences felt it looked like a poor imitation of other films, rather than something new or gripping.
Another issue is Tiger Shroff’s repeated use of over-the-top action scenes. Audiences believe his martial arts talent is being wasted on unrealistic sequences, while directors have failed to present a different and engaging side of the actor.
With Vivek Agnihotri’s The Bengal Files releasing on the same day, the clash may further hurt Baaghi 4. It remains to be seen if the film can survive at the box office, or if it will be remembered as a major misstep in the franchise.
